Review connected apps in your Google or Microsoft account

Check which third-party apps have been granted access to your Google or Microsoft account and remove any you no longer use.

Why this matters

Apps you granted access years ago may still be able to read your email or files. Removing unused app connections reduces risk.

How to do it

  1. Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access
  2. Microsoft: account.microsoft.com → Privacy → Apps and services
  3. Remove any app you don't recognise or no longer use
