Cyber Nova AI Is Live
I built a team of AI agents to help me build a business. Nine of them. A CEO Adviser that I work with directly — I talk to it, it makes decisions, then it coordinates everything else. A COO to own the records and process every update. A CTO to build the platform from scratch. A Product Manager, a Marketing Director, a Sales Director, a Finance Manager, a Knowledge and Documentation agent, and a Content Editor.
I'm the only human. I don't code, I don't design, I don't manage tasks day-to-day. I make the decisions. The agents do everything else.
This isn't a simulation. It's a real business, serving real users, with real governance and every decision traceable. Six weeks after the first agent was activated, the product is live.
Why I built it
Cybersecurity has a communication problem. Not a technical one.
Everywhere you look, security advice is written for IT professionals. Jargon-heavy, abstract, and completely disconnected from what someone actually needs to do to protect their home, their family, or their small business.
Meanwhile, UK households and small businesses are being targeted every day. Phishing emails that look exactly like your bank. Ransomware that encrypts a family's photos. Fake invoices that cost small businesses thousands.
The guidance existed. The tools existed. But none of it was accessible to the people who needed it most.
So I set the agents to work on fixing that.
What it is
Cyber Nova AI is a free cybersecurity platform for UK home users and small businesses. It gives you two things:

Answer a short assessment and you'll see exactly how secure you are right now, scored against the five controls in the UK government's Cyber Essentials framework.
A Clear Checklist
Not a list of 200 things you'll never do. A prioritised, step-by-step task list tailored to your situation, with the highest-impact changes first.

If you want to protect your devices, your family's data, and your online accounts without needing to be technical, this is for you. The whole platform is written in plain English. If you can use online banking, you can use Cyber Nova AI.
Small businesses
If you've been thinking about Cyber Essentials, or if a customer or insurer has asked about your security posture, I'll walk you through exactly what you need to do. Free for individuals and small teams.

Most cybersecurity tools are built for American businesses and retrofitted for the UK. Cyber Nova AI is built from the ground up for UK users: aligned to Cyber Essentials, written in British English, and designed around the threats UK people actually face.
What's next
There's a roadmap of features planned: more content, more intelligence, more ways to help you stay secure as threats evolve. Stage 1 is already in planning: Windows security content and continued platform development.
